How familiar are we with the vision that God has given to us to hold and then allow to unfold and become a reality as we discover together how to do this in a practical way so that all of our lives will be changed and we can effectively help others to live a better, happier life.
Barry returned from conference with the news that the church has decided that poverty is our greatest enemy – what a challenge for us as there are so many areas within our vision of St. John’s that we can address this issue – and we can spend time learning from Jesus what He said to us about poverty – and then begin to live this learning.
My heart is really sensing that we need to begin to make this vision come alive – and how will that happen? any ideas, anyone?
