Can we believe it ... once again it is that time of the year where students and scholars (part time and full time) are going to write their exams. Can you believe that soon we will be getting our final year results?
Can you remember how it was at the beginning of the year for first year students? How it felt must have felt on their first day, in a new environment? How it felt in June or the end of the first semester and the emotions they had? Loneliness and homesickness were always there, some of us had to cope with both work and school and it became difficult to cope.
They now have no time left to prepare for the exam, they now have to write the exam and prove that they have studied. Can you believe that it is almost the end of the year? It is unbelievable. Do you still have memories of your journey, struggles, joy and pain? What picture do you have of God? Can you believe that through struggling and painful moments you managed? God carried you. God provided for you. God was with you. At the beginning of the year, we did not know how this year would turn out, but here we are almost at the end of it. God has, once again, shown what He can do for us. I am not saying that it was an easy year, because there were many overwhelming hardships.
What I am saying is that God was there and that He will be with us again, to see us through into the New Year and beyond!
